Cancellation of Registration:
Requests for refunds will be granted for cancellation until July 28, 2025 and must be emailed to: admin@iscfs.org. No refunds will be granted for any reason thereafter, except in cases of failure to obtain a visa to enter the US (with documentary evidence from Embassy or Consulate) or travel restrictions imposed directly by the government of the US. In case of cancellation due to illness/accidents, we will require your medical certificate from a local hospital/doctor, including the delegate’s full name and dates of document creation. To ensure the refund application is successful, the document should be dated from no more than one week before the trip and no later than two days after the trip departure.
Refunds are at ISCFS discretion.
A 25% administrative fee will be retained from all refunds except for visa denials.
