Description of Program:
It’s a one year University Clinical Craniofacial Fellowship with a history of 10 previous graduated fellows, the only University approved Craniofacial fellowship in Colombia. Professor Dr. Rolando Prada, International reknowed Craniofacial surgeon is the head of the program.
The Hospital Infantil Universitario San José, is the prime craniofacial center in Bogota and has a history of 18 years of treating patients with complex craniofacial procedures.
The program has elective rotations within the San Jose Hospital system: Head & Neck Cancer reconstructions , Maxillofacial surgery, Transgender Facial procedures and offers international elective rotations with WCF’s affiliated centers ( San Genaro Hospital – Monza, Italy; Dayton Children’s Hospital – Dayton, Ohio; Dallas Medical City Hospital – Dallas, Texas)
