She was born June 18, 1955, in Pecos, was a lifetime Pecos resident, a homemaker and a Catholic. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Balmorhea and the Masonic Lodge of Toyah, a member and past chairman of the Reeves County Livestock Show Committee since the 80s, was involved in the Balmorhea Ag Boosters, a member of the West Texas Trail Riders and made many of the Fourth of July rides. It was not unusual to wake up to a baby calf, goat kid or fawn in our living room or kitchen, as friends and neighbors knew that Mama Lynne could often pull an orphaned little one through if anyone could.
